Rapid Suspension System - No!

I am writing to strongly protest this proposal.

There is already an adequate dispute process in place, Trademark holders
have an over 85% success rate with the current process, so they are already
protected from unscrupulous businesses.  The proposal would put undue burden
on small businesses, snatching their domains from them BEFORE THEY ARE EVEN
NOTIFIED THERE IS A COMPLAINT.

This is just plain crazy and wrong. It strips due process protection from
small businesses. The burden of proof should remain with the trademark
holder: they should not be able to take down businesses without any proof of
wrongdoing.
