Dear ICANN,
It has come to my attention that you intend on passing a measure that would
give more power and money to already over-bloated companies. You have called
this measure, the "Uniform Rapid Suspension System", which apparently allows
people to manipulatively take down their competition by simply claiming that
their competition's site is "confusingly similar" to theirs.
Need I remind you that a person is innocent until proven guilty, and NOT guilty
until proven innocent? Passing this measure would cause a great deal of
distress for smaller company owners and individuals, and all at the hands of
big corporations. I think it can go without saying that this is clearly an
attempt made by large corporations to exploit the economic system for their
gain, which is irresponsible.
Need I remind you that it is the irresponsibility of large corporations that is
primarily responsible for the economic meltdown and the recession?
I say no to this absurd measure. I do not support the Uniform Rapid Suspension
System, I am against it. The last thing we need right now is another world wild
economic crises. And I can assure you, such a crises will happen if this
ridicules measure is passed. Kill it at once, and then take it, and bury it.
Because we're not going to take any more crap from these greedy and corrupt
corporations. They're all going down due to their stupidity and their own
selfish actions, but we will NOT let them take the rest of the world down with
them.
Down with the Uniform Rapid Suspension System, and up to an economy
strengthened by the little guy.
