No to Uniform Rapids Suspension System
To: <irt-final-report@xxxxxxxxx>Subject: No to Uniform Rapids Suspension SystemFrom: "jb" <jb@xxxxxxx>Date: Sun, 5 Jul 2009 14:29:36 -0700
Another reason to replace the current leadership at ICANN and force them
accept input and provide representation from a wider group of interest
holders.
Allowing a proposal drafted by a group of IP lawyers designed to lower the
bar for anyone wishing to disrupt a competitors business and promote
litigation to proceed while limited input from competing interest is
unconscionable.
Why not work to improve the current system? Because complainants only win
85% of the time!
No to IRT, no to ICANN.
