On behalf of the Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG), the following statement
is submitted in response to the posting for public comment of the
Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy Part B Policy Development Process –
Recommendation 8 Concerning Standardizing and Clarifying WHOIS Status Messages
The RySG participated actively in the process leading up to the approval of
this recommendation and supports it for consideration by the Board of Directors
of ICANN.
This statement has the support of a supermajority of the members of the
Stakeholder Group.
