Edmon, All,

I applaud your desire to get things moving but unfortunately, in the  
cc world, because this time of year is vacation time for many in  
Europe, the dates you have suggested won't work.
Bart, I wonder if you and Gabi could discuss with Edmon a slightly  
slower time table that will enable us to ensure that our cc colleagues  
are fully participating in the various public comment periods.
