I think that the URLs would benefit from the IDN Implimentation
Guidelines document
http://www.icann.org/en/topics/idn/implementation-guidelines.htm
I also dropped off the call before being able to respond, but I was
referring to the group that June Seo mentioned that VeriSign has
worked very hard to establish in the developer community, which is
Ad-Hoc at the moment, but I think is a good initiative that fills a
void.
