Thanks Chris for the confirmation.

Hearing no further changes requested, as mentioned, please find finalized clean

Also as discussed, will post for a longer period of time, 45 days would take us
to Feb 6, 2012.

Dear Edmon,

Just to confirm that I am very happy with the mention of academia you added and
have no other possible addition.

Regards,

Chris.

Hi Everyone,

Based on the discussions during the call just now, have made two final touch
ups for the document (attached):

- clarified the "emerging industry standards" as "emerging de facto industry
standards"

- added academic organizations as potential organizations for ICANN to maintain
work with

Also as discussed in the call, the target process forward is that if there are
no further objections from the working group for the next 2 days, will finalize
a clean copy by Friday (Dec 23) morning Asia time, in time for Bart and staff
to help us with the preparation work during Friday morning Europe time, and
then in time for ICANN to post the initial report out for public comments by
Friday Pacific time before ICANN closes for the holidays.

This allows the community to have the chance to check out the work over the
holidays and in compensation for such, will lengthen the public comment periods
to 45 days to close Feb 6, 2012.

Thank you Edmon. I have nothing to add to the document.

Cheers,
