Thanks Mirjana for sharing this.
I wonder if other IDN ccTLDs on the list (Korea? China? Arabic ones?...) may
have any document or experience with Universal Acceptance issues when your IDN
ccTLD was launched and can share.
As discussed on the conference call yesterday, this would be useful for
compiling some reference materials for Recommendation C.

Subject: IDN ccTLD acceptance-
Dear JIG Colleagues,
I have promised yesterday, during JIG conference call, to share with you what
is done by Register of National Internet Domains of Serbia (RNIDS) before we
introduced our IDN ccTLD <xn—90a3ac><срб>. This information we shared with our
Internet community
We have engaged two institutions in Serbia to make an investigation what pieces
of software support IDN ccTLD.
The summary of these investigations is presented in the attachment.
You have to bare in mind that the results are one year old, from the November
2011.
Some information on IDN capable software could be found at DENIC.
