[jig] Final Report Universal Acceptance IDN TLD submitted to the ICANN Board of Directors

Dear all,
The chairs of the ccNOS and GNSO have jointly submitted the Final Report of the 
JIG on Universal Acceptance to Steve Crocker, chair of the ICANN Board of 
Directors.

Staff and the co-chairs of the WG are now in the process of setting dates for 
the next call of the WG ( tentatively Tuesday 18 February 2014, noon UTC), and 
11 March 2014, noon UTC). As you may recall the JIG has been requested by both 
Councils to advice them on the next steps, now the 3 topics the WG would focus 
on are addressed.
