Encourage Specialization

The .jobs Charter serves the purpose of differentiation by articulating what
.jobs as a sponsored TLD is to exist for (to serve needs of the
international HR management community) and the eligibility requirements to
register a domain. The SHRM PDP Council’s work, and recommendation, was
performed within this scope. All innovation becomes more specialized over
time. Employ Media’s proposed methods of allocation of non company names is
a natural progression to better serve a marketplace to allow and encourage
specialization. I support ICANN Board approval
