   Dear ICANN:

   There has been no sudden wave of bad-faith domain registrations,
and the UDRP have been working more-or-less evenhandedly (well, more
evenhandedly than URS will) for years.  There is nothing in the URS
proposal that does not enhance trademark owners' grip and make it
more likely that bad-faith challenges will succeed.

   Leave UDRP unchanged, reject URS completely.
