Mr. Pleas' posting regarding Afilias' performance in operating the .org
registry is inaccurate. All of the outage time taken by Afilias in
September, 2004 was planned outage time, was well within the time periods
permitted under Afilias' SLA commitments, and was reported to ICANN.
