Dear ICANN,
Article 4 "Revenue and Pricing Model" of Part 2 of the Draft RFP
raises a few questions.
- Will the Developping Country Internet Communities receive
exactly one third of the "registry-level transaction fees"? How will
it be distributed? Does ICANN envision the creation of a specific and
independent body to assess how the restricted fund will be
distributed?
- Is the fund mentionned in item (c) managed independantly of
ICANN budget?
