Hi All,

Our new Noncommercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG) chair, Robin Gross, has 
organized an NCSG-wide policy discussion call on Wednesday, November 16th at 
16:00 UTC.  Call details may be found at:

NCSG policy calls are important to join as a Stakeholder Group position 
statement is more powerful than a Constituency position statement (whole being 
greater than the sum of the parts idea).   Anytime the current NCSG 
Constituencies (NCUC and NPOC) can agree on a  particular policy position, like 
the JAS working group statement NCSG issued in Dakar, is a good thing.

November NCSG Open Policy Meeting

This monthly discussion is intended to facilitate direct interaction between 
the NCSG Policy Committee & the entire NCSG membership and is held in 
conjunction with the 17 November GNSO Council meeting. All NCSG Policy 
Committee members (including all NCSG GNSO Councilors) & NCSG GNSO Working 
Group representatives are expected to attend. The meeting is open and all NCSG 
members are welcome to participate in the discussion.

Draft discussion agenda to be distributed about 1-week before the meeting.  
However, we will spend the first hour of the 16 Nov. meeting discussing the
