Dear Robert,

Thanks for being so patient. We are working on your pending membership. We
are entering a new phase of relationship with the NCSG. So we will see how
NPOC membership applications will be dealt with from now on. Hopefully it
will be an improvement. Meanwhile, we are working on other strategies in
parallel.
