Dear All,

Besides promoting and inviting local NGOs to attend NPOC´s activities in Costa 
Rica during ICANN43,  the Omar Dengo Foundation shared the attached NPOC brief 
and revised membership form in Spanish with more than 50 representatives from 
NGOs in Costa Rica that attended the "2012 NGO Connection Day" at our 
facilities on March 20, 2012  (http://www.fod.ac.cr/?q=ong2012).   Feel free to 
share this information with your NGO contacts in Latin America and Spain for 
NPOC´s outreach.
