Dear NPOC Colleagues,

In follow up to a consultation on remote participation at NPOC session at ICAAN 
44 on June 26 1100 CEST made by Anjali Hansen of the Council of Better Business 
Bureaus, Inc. who is on a Easter Standard time zone, find below additional 
information on our session via synchronic and asynchronic means as  shared 
today by Nathalie Peregrine from ICANN´s GNSO secretariat:


*       There will be interaction during the meeting via the Adobe connect 
room, participants in the room will be able to hear the audio stream directly 
and will also be able to interact via the chat option there.

*       The audio recording will be available shortly afterwards on the ICANN 
website. The transcription will be posted on the GNSO calendar page: 
http://gnso.icann.org/en/calendar/  24 hours after the meeting.

Dear  Anjali,

I am afraid your calculations are correct.   It will be  3 a.m. for me in Costa 
Rica ...  I am not going to attend the Prague`s meeting.

Let me find out if at least ICANN will record the session automatically so we 
can view it at later on that morning ...  we would not able to join in in the 
discussion though.

Eduardo, would that meeting be at 5 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time?  I'd like to 
participate but not that early!  Maybe I'm confusing the time conversion though.
