Greetings. It gives me great pleasure to introduce Andrei Barburas to NPOC 
and this list. Andrei is one of the ICT specialists of IICD and very 
knowledgeable and committed to all things ICANN and Internet Governance. (He 
even gives regular lectures to IICD staff on this). Please add Andrei to the 
list and I am sure that he will make a valuable addition to NPOC in 
particular and ICANN as a whole.
