[npoc-voice] NPOC's latest appointments

Dear NPOC Colleagues,

Following a recent NPOC call for volunteers and evaluation of nominations by 
Lori Schulman, Klaus Stoll and Alain Berranger, and today´s NPOC monthly call, 
I am pleased to announce the following appointments, which were unanimous:

1. Program Committee, Chair: Marie-laure Lemineur from the Center for Study, 
Analysis and Training in Human Rights (CECADH), Costa Rica, Central America. 
She will formally join the Executive Committee of NPOC as of October 8, 2012;

2. Program Committee, 1st Vice-Chair: Poncelet Ileleji from YMCA of The Gambia, 
West Africa;

3. Program Committee, 2nd Vice-Chair: Olivier Kouami from the Institut des 
Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication pour le Développement, 
Togo, Afrique de l'Ouest.

Poncelet has also volunteered to act as NPOC's Membership Committee, Co-Chair 
for Africa. His main responsibility in that role will be to increase NPOC's 
outreach to Anglophone Africa and to support Klaus in various membership drives 
in that very large part of the world.

Olivier has also volunteered to as NPOC's Membership Committee, Co-Chair for 
Africa. His main responsibility in that role will be to increase NPOC's 
outreach to Francophone Africa and to support Klaus in various membership 
drives in that very large part of the world.
