[npoc-voice] Regarding the ARTR 2 selection process

Dear colleagues,

Regarding the email I sent yesterday about my application to the ATRT 2, I
wish to clarify some aspects for those of you who are not familiar with
the selection process.  Once  individual applications are formally sent 
to ICANN (deadline is December 5, 2012), they are submitted to the
pertinent SO/AC, in my case, the GNSO. The SO/AC needs to endorse or not
the candidates. For the previous process with  ATRT 1, the GNSO had
established an internal process to determine the list of endorsed
candidates.

SO/AC endorsement will constitute guidance for the ATRT 2 Selectors –
Steve Crocker and Heather Dryden – and will be factored in.
