Dear Alain,

Thank you for this warm welcome! TaC community and myself are very happy
to join NPOC-voice and start to be engaged. I would like also to thank
you for your help and assistance during the application period and
beyond and underline that we are very motivated in bringing our input.

I would like also to use the opportunity and to thank Mr Chehadé and the
whole ICANN community for the openness and the opportunity which is
offered to us to bring the voice of the communities we work with to
ICANN and to bring ICANN closer to them.

We really look forward to starting our engagement and continuing our
cooperation together,
