Hello Alain,

Thanks for sharing we just finished the launching of the ACE Sub Marine
Cable today in the Gambia in fact activities are going on till tomorrow
over 23 country representative are here.  Pierre Dandjinou, the new ICANN
VP for Africa attended, he gave a good talk to key stakeholders yesterday
in the forum the ITAG association organised of which am President, I was
able to give out  ICANN Promotional materials to  delegates of other
African countries to give back home to especially NGO's as Pierre brought
some ICANN materials when coming in late afternoon yesterday.

Will give a write up soonest and also my impressions on the WCIT.
