Dear Colleagues,

This is just a gentle reminder of the opening of the Fellowship Application
Round for ICANN 47 in Durban, South Africa. Please note the Application
Round closes on Friday 22 February 2013 at 23:59 UTC with the application
found at https://forms.icann.org/fellowship/applications/icann47. If you
require any assistance in filling out the form, please email me privately.

While the selection is confidential, do indicate to the NPOC Executive
Committee  privately if you have applied so that we may offer our support
of your application.

Selected Fellows will be announced on 19 April 2013.
