[npoc-voice] approval of final version of Thick Whois Survey

Dear all,

Attached is the final version of the Thick Whois Survey that has been
written and edited as an NPOC statement for its submission to the Thick
Whois working group.

This statement needs to be send to the GNSO secretariat this upcoming
Wednesday. You might remember that I already sent the survey for community
inputs several weeks ago. This is a second round for the final and formal
approval of what is now the final version. Unless there is any objection
or request for adding information or for clarification by Tuesday 22d,
24:00 UTC, I will send it to the secretariat in the name of NPOC.
