Dear all,

Let me first confirm the nomination of Cintra Sooknanan as vice-chair of the 
NPOC. I'm confident she will accomplish this task as she has been doing a long 
while yet.

I want to thank Klaus for the nomination to the Policy Committee chair 
function, which I accept of course.

With regards the nomination as treasurer, I thank Alain therefor, however this 
function is not an electable function (see below).

Anyhow I'm accepting to continue being the treasurer as I accepted recently. 
Treasurer in the context of the operations of NPOC, as of today, are very 
limited and therefor are not integrated in the Excom structure of NPOC as an 
official function.
