You will recall we briefly met in San José at the Fellowships morning
meeting with Constituencies and I thank you for your continued interest in
ICANN.

I am very pleased to confirm that ISOC-Armenia has been accepted as a
member of the Non-Commercial Stakeholders Group of ICANN. This also
confirms ISOC-Armenia as a member of the Nor-for-Profit Operational
Concerns Constituency (NPOC).

With your authorization, we will add you and you alternate representative
(please advise her/his name at your earliest convenience) to the NPOC-Voice
email list.

2103 NPOC elections will soon be held (there are some specific rules as to
eligibility dates as per NPOC Charter's provisions and you will receive a
ballot if eligible). You will definitively be eligible to vote in 2014
elections.

I am pleased to welcome ISOC-Armenia to NPOC and wish you a long and
productive membership with NPOC, NCSG and ICANN.
