Dear friends and colleagues,

I hope this will find you all well. I am back home after surgery and in
good spirit.

I am looking forward to the emergence of NPOC's next leadership as it has
become a priority for me to resign as Chair of NPOC and focus on personal
issues.

I will shortly submit  my formal resignation to ICANN and wanted meanwhile
to give the NPOC Membership a heads up to proceed immediately without me in
the NPOC Executive Committee and without any reserve. I will remain an NPOC
member.

Good luck to NPOC in 2013!
