I would like to nominate Poncelet Ileleji, of YMCA of The Gambia, for the 
position of NPOC chair.  Poncelet joined NPOC in its formative years and has 
been active throughout.  He provides great incite as to the ramifications of 
ICANN internet policies on developing economies.
