[npoc-voice] Klaus Stoll as new GNSO councillor

Dear community members,

Some of you might already know that Wolfgang Kleinwächter who was GNSO
Councillor has been appointed as a Member of the ICANN Board. As a
consequence, I am very pleased to announce that the seat that remains
vacant on the GNSO Council will be filled by Klaus Stoll. Congratulations
to Wolfgang and Klaus. This is indeed a good start of the ICANN Buenos
Aires meeting for NCSG and NPOC.
