[npoc] new NPOC prospective members

Dear Kurt,

This will confirm our already stated view that NPOC could recruit better
and faster if it received staff assistance in the process. As you well
know, new members are a basic building block in growing NPOC but also of
ICANN's outreach efforts.

I estimate that NPOC could double its current membership just by following
up on leads developed in the last 12 months by NPOC Executive Committee
Members. This recruiting drive took place because of NPOC's participation
at IGF Nairobi, WSIS Geneva, Microsoft NGO Days in Quito and San José and
ICANN meetings in San José and Prague. I believe articipating at these
meetings was a great investment abd we now need to collect the dividends.

Personnally, I feel NPOC is missing an opportunity by not "closing" the new
prospects we have interested in ICANN. (In fact a little guilty!).

We at NPOC-EC are looking forward to moving on this idea and others under
consideration in ICANN's outreach plans.

Indeed, we are looking forward to pulling our weight in these outreach
efforts.
