[npoc] NCSG membership applications and request to ICANN

Dear Robin,

I hope this finds you well.

10 days or so before Toronto's ICANN meeting, you asked the NCSG-EC to
review the latest NCSG membership applications. You and I did a first round
of diligence before Toronto. In Toronto, during the NCSG-EC meeting, you
firmly requested that due diligence be completed within a week. Second
rounds of due diligence were carried out by Milton and myself within your
deadline. Since then - now almost a month! - we have heard
nothing/nada/rien from Rafik. It is disappointing and maddening. More
important, it is irresponsible. Can you please share with me how you
propose to handle this situation?

Also, in Toronto, we agreed to request administrative assistance from ICANN
so that the NCSG-EC could focus on executive work. Please let me know when
you plan to take action on this.
