C'est super que tu puisses avoir participé à la réunion d'Addis. On a hâte
de lire votre rapport et d'y donner suite...

Pour le matériel de promotion de NPOC en Afrique, nous manquons de tête et
de bras... In practical terms it is up to you and Poncelet to draft the
text... We can edit and print but you and Poncelet must take the lead...
You do it or it does not get done! Sorry to be so blunt, but sometimes
better to be clear about the message!

Please let me know if you will take the leadership on this! Salutations
