Stakeholders Group (NCSG) as NPOC resides within the NCSG.  To apply, please:


1.     Complete the online NCSG membership form found 
at:https://community.icann.org/display/gnsononcomstake/membership; and
2.     Complete an NPOC application form found below witha letter from your 
local state/provincial/regional/national/federal government stating your 
organization is a recognized not-for-profit organization or simply a copy of 
your legal registration document.  Applications may be sent 
toec-ncsg@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ec-ncsg@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> with a copy to 
npoc@xxxxxxxxx<mailto:npoc@xxxxxxxxx>.
