Initial Submission ccNSO SOP WG on FY 13 Draft Ops Plan and Budget
Submitted on behalf of Roelof Meijer, chair of the ccNSO SOP WG Bart Boswinklel Dear sir, madam, Please receive herewith the initial, procedural comments of the ccNSO Strategic and Operational Planning Working Group on ICANN’s FY13 Draft Operating Plan and Budget. The Working Group intends to submit its substantive comments by 7 June 2012 According to its Charter, the Working Group may as part of its activities take a position and provide input to the public comments forum and relate to ICANN or other Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees on its own behalf. The views expressed in the attached document are therefore not necessarily those of the ccNSO (Council and membership) or ccTLD community.
