Comments of the ccNSO SOP Working Group on ICANN's FY13 Operational Plan and Budget
Dear sir, madam, Please receive herewith the comments of the ccNSO's Strategic and Operational Planning Working Group on ICANN's draft FY13 Operational Plan&Budget. According to its Charter (http://ccnso.icann.org/workinggroups/sopiwg-charter-18aug10-en.pdf) the SOP WG may as part of its activities take a position and provide input to the public comments forum on its own behalf.
