No to variable pricing
Istrongly oppose variable pricing of the registries. Because of their limited number here is no real competition between the registries (oligopoly). Therefore it is crucial to supervise them and of course use fixed prices. Why would anybody need ICANN if a pricing supervision won't be ensured in future?
