No to Variable Domain Pricing

As a online consultant to many small and mid-size businesses I am strongly
opposed to this radical change to the domain registry contracts.  If a
company spends time and money investing in an online property what would
give a domain registrar the right to profit of that work?  They make no
initial investments in that property other then collecting a fee to register
the name.  Yet this new proposal allows them to make a substantial profit
with no risk.  This is hardly fair to those that take the risk and make an
online property worth any amount.
