NO to abuse by a Natural Monopoly - NO to Variable Pricing

Hi
I am a small business owner and have to work hard to develop my website
to yield a profict in the market, playing by the competitve market rules
and have no MONOPOLY protection, why should I be abussed by the power of
an easy going Monopoly garnted by the Governments that have granted such
a monopoly for the service of their community and not for the community
to serve them. ???
I am against the abuse of a variable pricing for services from a domain
registrar!
