I really appreciate you offering to do this and I'm sure that Maureen  
does too.  Avri has also volunteered so, depending on the day, we  
will indeed have someone who can "impartially moderate the discussion  
of the TF members during the meeting and no extensive administrative  
duties prior to or after the meeting are involved".
