All,

A brief reiteration of the points we agreed to in yesterday's meeting regarding 
timeline:

1.  The constituencies intending to submit more detailed submissions for 
inclusion in the next iteration of the draft report will do so by end of day 
Friday, June 9.

2. Task Force members who have recommendations for changes to the wording in 
the draft report will submit their changes by end of day Friday, June 9 

3. Dr. Liz Williams, in her role as senior staff person assigned to this task 
force, will write the next version of the report and email it to the task force 
by end of day Friday, June 16.

4. The task force will meet in a working session Saturday, June 24 from 1 p.m. 
to 6 p.m. at the ICANN meeting in Marrakech. (The GNSO Council has a room 
allocated for the duration of the meeting, and this will be the location for 
the task force working session. Location to be confirmed by Council Secretariat 
Glen de Saint Géry,)

5. At the working session, the task force will act on its motion to revise the 
timeline for this PDP, and will seek the advice of ICANN Counsel, the GNSO 
Council and the Board, as appropriate, regarding extension of the timeline.
