I think, also, that it is also to let Constituencies distribute to members
ahead of Marrakesh, so that the discussion on site there, on Saturday, may
be reflective of any interim consultation and discussion within
Constituencies?

Wrong, in our case. We made it clear that we will wait until Marrakech
to consult with our members and other constituencies at the ICANN
meeting.

That's fine, but the only purpose of that document in our opinion would
be to facilitate discussion in Marrakesh.
