Thank you for this.

 

With regard to item #2, Release of proposed schedule for remaining work,
the group discussed the possibility of a F2F meeting between now and the
December ICANN mtg in Sao Paulo.  It was agreed that the earlier we can
establish a date, the better.

 

Rather than including that date(s) as part of the July 15 schedule, I
suggest that we propose some dates now. This reflects yesterday's
discussion.

Ahead of the release of formal minutes of yesterday's meeting, I wanted
to be sure I had captured the intentions of the group.  

 

1.  15 July -- Release of final Preliminary Taskforce Report (for
information to the GNSO Council and for posting to the website)

 

2.  15 July -- Release of proposed schedule for remaining work 

 

3.  15 July -- Release of proposed schedule and content for expert
materials/expert advice (please provide suggestions for either materials
or experts to me directly)

 

Could you please come back to me as soon as possible with any
amendments?
