We are attempting to organise a face to face meeting to progress the work of 
the PDPs.  We have proposed days within the week of 18 Sept.  At the end of 
that week, the major Jewish new year holiday begins.  A number of our members 
celebrate this holiday and would not be available.

Could you please confirm your availability during that week -- for a meeting in 
Los Angeles?
