Please read the attached documents and see what areas you would like to work on. Please get in touch with either Jon or Marilyn to volunteer your services -- it will mean an additional weekly call through October.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>Please also refer to the Expert Materials which are available at the Working Documents section of the website.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV style="font-size: 18px; ">Call Schedule</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>4 October: It was also agreed to have another full TF call on 4 October to divide up the work of the Groups and to ensure that there are enough people to go around. I would very much appreciate it if the Groups could nominate the times they wish to meet so I can schedule those meetings.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>I would suggest we set up a fixed time -- Mondays at 2pm Brussels time would work for me but that depends on the make up of the groups and where everyone is going to be. Once the times are decided Glen can send out call details and numbers.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV style="font-size: 18px; ">Key Dates</DIV><DIV style="font-size: 18px; "><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>The group who met on Friday night proposed an aggressive schedule to complete the Final Report before the Sao Paolo meeting. This means that the Rapporteur Groups must complete their work in the remaining days of October. A weekly call was suggested for each group and times will be set on 4 October, depending on who volunteers for each group, their travel schedule and time zone location.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>31 October: Completed materials from the Rapporteur Groups submitted to the TF.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>7 November: Finalised draft distributed to the TF. </DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>10 November: Final edits submitted by email.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>14 November: Final Report sent to GNSO Council.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>21 November: Special GNSO Council meeting to sign off on TF Report (note that the date is not set and depends on the TF completing their report and giving the Council enough time to read it prior to a special Council call).</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>Report distributed for discussion at Sao Paolo meeting.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>Note that with this schedule there is no time for a face to face meeting and all discussions will take place by conference call and email. Note also, for anyone who celebrates Thanksgiving, that these dates run across the Thanksgiving holidays.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>Of course, any questions let me know.</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>Liz</DIV><DIV><DIV> <DIV>.....................................................</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>Liz Williams</DIV><DIV>Senior Policy Counselor</DIV><DIV>ICANN - Brussels</DIV><DIV>+32 2 234 7874 tel</DIV><DIV>+32 2 234 7848 fax</DIV><DIV>+32 497 07 4243 mob</DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><BR class="Apple-interchange-newline"> </DIV><BR></DIV></DIV></BODY></HTML>
