I can't agree to this change. 

I am on the President's Strategy committee and we are UP at 10. Let's move
this earlier, not later. Why are we moving it to overlap so much with the
rest of the agenda? We should start earlier and minimize the overlap.

Please forgive the last minute changes, but with the very full schedule
it is necessary to juggle around.

The PDPFeb06 task force meeting will begin at 8:30 and run till 10:30 on
Monday morning 4 December, half an hour later than scheduled. It will
take place in the GNSO working room Brazilia 1.

I hope that this will not inconvience you too much.
