I think we are in agreement that we are starting at 8 a.m. due to other
conflicts at 7:30 a.m. see everyone at 8:00 a.m./right?

I believe that the work MUST proceed prior to constituency and public
forum days.  We need to be able to go back to our constituencies with
the results of our work and inform the council of those constituency
views at the Council meeting.  

That said, I am good at either 7:30 or 8:30 on Monday.

perhaps moving it is necessary.
