[pdp-pcceg-feb06] PDP Feb 06; LA meeting follow up
Colleagues Just a quick follow up on things for Saturday. I am expecting the following things to get done: 1. Completion of review of the report and, most particularly, completion of the TOR 5 work, with or without the documentation on registry data. 2. Identification of next steps which include: a) establishing a public comment period (20 day) for any last commentary b) completion of the public comment period and inclusion of any public comments into the TF report c) inclusion within the report of the remaining elements required by the by laws notably the items in Annex A Task Force Report that have not been done yet - just making sure we've done everything d) a vote on the report to send it to the Council as quickly as possible after b) is completed e) Step 10 of the Task force process is for the Council to consider the Report and then for a Board Report to be prepared. 3. Future meetings a) LA this week b) conference call to vote on sending to Council although this may not be necessary if we can complete voting in c) a short meeting in Lisbon to vote and send report to Council The b and c options depend on, in part, when we can get the public comment period started and closed and how that timing fits in with the Lisbon meetings.
