is there a way where people can get a quick view while the process  
continue undelayed?

while it true that everyone will be able to comment during the public  
comment period, a 12-24 hour sanity check, while the report is  
undergoing the ICANN vetting process may not delay things much more  
then they have already been delayed.

or am i being delusional?
