Liz,

I quickly skimmed the first section (before the annexes) and it appears to me 
on that quick read that the report accurately reflects our discussions.  

The only comment I have is on Page 15, number 7.6 which states:  "Add in 
"individual participant views"."  Did you mean to insert other text in here?

Many thanks for doing that -- the message was too big to get through  
our email servers and bounced first time around.

I will be taking final comments until COB Pacific time -- there  
should only be minor edits if anything.

I expect to start the public comment period ASAP -- the request for  
posting approval has gone off as has the request to the webmaster to  
schedule this in his pipeline of work.
