The Chair's explanation of the vote was sent on 18 April to the Task Force mailing list (http://forum.icann.org/lists/pdp-pcceg-feb06/ msg00626.html) and was confirmed at the 19 April meeting. Following yesterday afternoon's meeting, the following minor changes have been made to the Report: 1. A small change has been made to paragraph 1.1 to explain the final meeting of the Group and the beginning of the voting period. 2. Paragraph 3.8 was amended to move the recommendation to the majority supported section and a new paragraph has been added to emphasise majority support for that recommendation 3. Philip Sheppard's name is spelt correctly 4. On the vote chart - DNV has been spelt out in the legendto mean "did mean vote". 5. A new table of contents has been inserted. No further textual changes were made. The vote will start from Friday 20 April UTC 13h00 and will continue until Friday 27 April until UTC 13h00. Kind regards.
